A clear look at your records.
This policy explains what PawReCoup stores when you use the service to organize pet records and identify possible ways to recover value from expenses.

The short version
We use the information you provide to organize your owner, pet, purchase, and document records and to surface potential savings or recovery opportunities.
Results are informational. A match is not a promise that you qualify, will be reimbursed, or will receive a payment.
Account data
When you create an account, PawReCoup stores the account details you provide, such as your name and email address, so we can sign you in and provide the service.
Owner and pet profiles
You may add owner and pet-profile details, including information such as a pet’s name, species, birth date, and photograph. These details help organize records for the pets you choose.
Uploaded documents and images
You can upload veterinary invoices, insurance documents, receipts, warranties, and other pet-care records. Uploaded documents and pet photographs are stored through Polsia’s private R2 proxy and remain associated with your account and the pet you select.
OCR and corrections
PawReCoup sends an uploaded document to the Polsia AI proxy for OCR and structured field extraction. The extracted values are shown for your review. Values you correct or mark as unknown become the confirmed values used to organize the record and look for opportunities.
Purchase history and regular products
Purchase history, regular products, and the document details you confirm help PawReCoup connect a pet expense with relevant programs. Keep those records current so the results are more useful to you.
How we use information
We compare the records you choose to organize with information about potential rebates, recalls, coupons, sales, price drops, warranties, settlements, and insurance-reimbursement opportunities. These comparisons are intended to help you decide what to investigate or submit yourself.
Informational results
PawReCoup’s results are informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your situation. They are not guarantees of eligibility, reimbursement, payment, approval, or recovery. Confirm requirements with the relevant provider or program before relying on a result.
Service providers
The app uses the Polsia AI proxy for OCR and the Polsia private R2 proxy for document and pet-photo storage. We do not name or rely on an underlying model vendor in this policy.
Retention
Records are kept as needed to provide the service and while your account or records remain active. If you need a record corrected, exported, or deleted, contact us so we can handle the request for your account.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your information by emailing pawrecoup@polsia.app. Please write from the email address associated with your account when possible so we can locate the right records.
